It is well-suited for test benches thanks to its compact size and USB type B connector in front of the controller. For multi stand applications, the DG-Block can distribute the main data (set point, measurement, etc.) and the process instruction from one master device to several following devices via a rear-mounted bust, eliminating extra wiring.

To make programming easy, DG-Block comes with it intuitive software environment called DG-BlockSoft.

Features include:

  • Built-in precision amplifier for one or two sensors.
  • Compatibility with any load cell technology.
  • P.I.D. regulation algorithm.
  • Open- and closed-loop functionality.
  • Emergency stop torque is proportional to the set point.
  • Soft-start function with programmable ramp.
  • Multiple languages.
  • MODBUS TCP/IP communication capable.
