ITG Electronics will display a range of rugged design common mode chokes at the upcoming Applied Power Electronics Conference in Long Beach, California.
The chokes, called C301306H series and C301369H series, offers a high voltage rating and a hipot isolation between two windings. These ICs can be increasingly used as demand for industrial, under-the-hood inverter applications grows.
The rugged version of the chokes offers 600 volts alternating current (VAC) and provides a hipot isolation of about 2,500 V AC, which are higher than traditional common mode chokes, ITG said.
ITG said the devices are designed for:
- High current motor control applications
- HVAC systems
- Converters for electric vehicles
- Other industrial applications
Also at APEC 2024, ITG Electronics said it will showcase its cooling technologies such as the power bead inductors commonly used in artificial intelligence-enabled applications.
