Mouser Electronics Inc. is offering a range of electronic components from Vishay designed to work in the automotive space.

The automotive grade ICs cover design, qualification and manufacturing and are used to improve user’s products and processes continuously. These electronic components are used for anything from advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), active braking, airbag ignition, electric vehicle battery management systems and more.

The Vishay VOA300 is an AEC-Q102 linear optocoupler for isolated current and voltage measurement in EVs. The IC features an isolation voltage of 5,300 Vrms, which is five times faster than competing devices. The device also features a gain stability of 0.005% and a single-ended output.

The IHLP electronic component is a high current inductor that combines continuous operating temperature of up to 180° C with a low profile 3 mm package. The AEC-Q200 device is optimized for energy storage in DC/DC converters up to 2 MHz. These devices are used for filtering and DC/DC conversion in engine and transmission control units, diesel injection drivers, ADAS, exhaust gas recycling pumps and infotainment systems.

The CDMA thick film chip dividers feature a compact 2512 case size and high working voltages up to 1415 volts. The CDMA series is used to lower component counts and placement costs for automotive and industrial applications while reducing PCB sizes and increased accuracy and stability. The IC consists of two resistors integrated into a single package with a 5 mm creepage distance and are optimized for voltage monitoring and overvoltage protection in DC/DC converters and inverters, onboard chargers and battery management systems in EVs.

The K857PH silicon PIN photodiode enables a variety of sensor and control applications for automotive, consumer and industrial markets. The IC combines photosensitivity with 0.1% crosstalk and no tolerance between its segments. It also features four monolithic PIN diodes.
