Microsemi Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Microchip Technology Inc., has named Avnet Inc. as its global distribution partner, expanding the multiyear relationship Avnet has with Microchip.
Under the expanded agreement, Avnet customers now have immediate access to Microsemi’s portfolio of semiconductor and system solutions for aerospace and defense, communications, data center and industrial markets.
As part of the expanded agreement, Avnet will now distribute the full line of Microsemi products including high-performance analog and mixed-signal, enterprise storage and communication solutions, programmable solutions, power management, timing and ASIC offerings.
