Skyworks Si86Sx digital isolators

The new Si86S6x products are state of the art digital isolators which include several outstanding and unique features. These devices are robust, with a 6.0 kVrms isolation barrier, and have low-power and sleep modes for conserving power. They have CMOS thresholds, Schmitt trigger inputs, a deglitch filter option and high CMTI over-all high noise immunity. The family also has specially designed options for SPI and QSPI bus isolation and inverting outputs for greater flexibility. Data rates up to 150 Mbps are supported, and devices achieve typical propagation delays of to 10 ns.
