Tesla Motors will be making an appearance at its first automotive event in years as it attends the Electrify Expo, North America’s largest electric vehicle (EV) show.
The event takes place this weekend in Long Beach, California, where users will be able to ride, drive and demonstrate electric cars and trucks alongside electric motorcycles, e-bikes, e-scooters, e-skateboards and more.
As numerous EV models continue to become available, consumer interest ramps up while simultaneously government regulations are pushing for the higher adoption of EVs to help fight climate change. This is part of what is billed as the automotive industry’s largest transition in history as it transitions fleets to electrified models.
With more attention being brought to EVs, Tesla’s appearance is part of its advertising campaign to increase the company’s brand among potential EV buyers.
Models that will be on displays at Electrify Expo include:
- BMW: i7, iX xDrive50, iX M60, i4 eDrive 35, i4 eDrive 40, i4 M50
