Wemo, the smart home division of Belkin International and Foxconn Interconnect Technology, has unveiled a Wi-Fi outdoor smart plug that allows homeowners to control holiday lights, decorations and other outdoor devices and appliances.

The Wi-Fi smart plus contains two, splash-proof and weather-resistant outlets. The device allows homeowners to plug in devices and control them wirelessly via a smartphone or tablet or using voice activation including Apple HomeKit, Amazon Alexa and Google Home.

Additionally, the Wi-Fi outdoor smart plug can be integrated into these voice assistants as part of the smart home ecosystem giving control to users with a touch of a button or voice.

Other features include that the device works with the Wemo app or Apple Home app.
