Intel Security Inks Two Deals

29 April 2015

Intel Security—formerly McAfee Corp.—announced collaborations with Onyx Healthcare and KIOSK Information Systems to integrate security technologies into the companies’ products.

Intel (Santa Clara, Calif.) says its subsidiary will integrate software into Onyx’s systems to help the company comply with medical privacy requirements.

KIOSK will offer customers the option of licensing Intel Security technologies to secure their self-service retail kiosks before shipment and installation to better secure customers and retail data.

Financial terms of the deals were not disclosed.

McAfee, acquired by Intel in 2010, changed its name to Intel Security last year.
